A classy antique Belle Epoque lavaliere necklace from the early 20th Century featuring a fabulous drop pendant adorned with six lustrous natural pearls and bright old European cut diamonds, totalling approx. 0.32ct total.

Pearls are the birthstone of June and a true treasure of the ocean, produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. Their spherical shape and exceptional lustre have long been associated with the beauty of the moon and are symbolic of purity, serenity, and loyalty.

The pendant features beautiful milgrain edging and foliate motifs and joins a fine cable chain, all fashioned in 14ct white gold. It’s a stunning piece and truly captures the beauty and glamour of a time aptly named “Le Belle Epoque” (The beautiful Era).

We recommend you insure for £3,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
