A beautiful vintage Luckenbooth brooch boasting a luxurious purple amethyst heart, weighing an enormous 16 carats, with a pearl studded crown placed on top. 

A Luckenbooth is a traditional Scottish love token often given as a wedding gift. The heart represents love, and the crown is for loyalty. 

The piece is all 9ct gold, including the pin which is fitted with a safety catch. It’s very pretty and would make a perfect gift for a loved one.
