Vintage Art Deco Style Sapphire Diamond Ring 2.7ct Of Diamond
A remarkable vintage cluster ring made in the Art Deco fashion. The crowning feature is a dazzling French cut fancy diamond held in a rectangular bezel setting atop the domed face. It weighs approx. 0.70ct and is framed by crisscrossing strips of calibre set French cut sapphires (approx. 1.2ct total) with additional brilliant cut diamonds pave set around the curvature of the face (approx. 2ct total).
Like all diamonds, yellow fancy diamonds are a symbol of eternal love, but like a ray of sunshine, their golden warmth adds an extra touch of joy and optimism, making it a popular choice for an engagement ring for those looking for a long and happy marriage.
The ring is modelled entirely in platinum with striking geometric shapes and milgrain edging, which is typical of the Deco style. It truly encapsulates the beauty and glamour of the 1920s and boasts a glorious array of gemstones that wrap neatly around the curve of the finger.
