ART DECO SILVER PASTE CLIP CHANGEABLE STONES BOXED CIRCA 1930

This extraordinary Art Deco clip boasts a dazzling array of sparkling white Paste stones across the front with a larger centre Paste which can be unscrewed and replaced with one of eight colourful stones which are included. 

The interchangeable Pastes come in a variety of colours and each simulate a precious gemstone such as Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl, Diamond, Fancy Diamond Ruby and Amethyst.

The clip is substantial, and a wonderful Art Deco design crafted in solid Sterling Silver. It is complete with a lovely red wine-coloured box which is original to the piece and has indents for all eight stones and the clip to hold them securely.
