Art Deco Black Opal Diamond Navette Ring 4ct Opal
An impressive Art Deco Navette ring from the early 20th Century modelled in platinum and bezel set with a magnificent black opal cabochon weighing approx. 4ct.
Black Opals have a darker colouration to the regular variety with flashes of ethereal green and bright blue burning within the stone, flowing as it moves like the Aurora Borealis.
The navette face is bordered in milgrain and a frame of glistening old mine cut diamonds with superb SI 1 clarity – H colour. They total to approx. 1.70ct and their bright sparkle contrasts and complements the dark opal beautifully.
It’s a distinctive statement piece and boasts a fabulous collection of natural gemstones.
We recommend you insure for £5,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
