Antique Victorian Toi Et Moi Diamond Twist Ring 1.2ct Total

An elegant antique Art Nouveau crossover ring crowned with two dazzling old European cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.60ct each. They’re extremely bright with excellent cut, colour and clarity (SI 1 – H) and are accompanied by three additional diamonds flowing down each curved shoulder.

The two perfectly matched stones symbolise the coming together of two souls. The style was made popular in France in the 18th century and was named “Toi et Moi”, which is French for “You and me”.

The slender band is fashioned in 18ct yellow gold and twists gracefully around the principal stones which are set in pronounced platinum claw mounts. It dates to the late 19th Century and would make a stunning engagement ring.
