Antique Victorian Pearl Diamond Pendant Brooch 18ct Gold

A beautiful little antique Victorian pendant/ brooch depicting a leafy, 18ct gold wreath, surrounding a large natural pearl in the centre. It has a lovely lustre and is complemented by a halo of twinkling old mine cut diamonds and smaller pearls, with a pearl dropper hanging from the bottom.

Pearls are a true treasure of the ocean, desired throughout history for their rich, creamy tone and exceptional lustre that is produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. They’ve become symbolic of purity, innocence and loyalty making them a favourite for most brides on their wedding day.

The piece displays exquisite workmanship, is in excellent condition and fitted with a new loop, pin and safety catch on the back to hold it secure.

We recommend you insure for £3,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
