Dating to the turn of the 20th Century, this stunning antique La Belle Epoque diamond heart pendant/ brooch has been expertly crafted in silver and 18ct yellow gold. The open-work heart is made up of graceful, foliate motifs, with pierced workmanship around the sides and is decorated with a dazzling collection of old mine cut diamonds across the front, totalling approx. 2.5 carats.
