Antique Victorian 9ct Gold Albert Chain


A grand antique Victorian Albert chain from the late 19th Century made up of interlocking fetter links and smaller rope knots modelled in solid 9ct yellow gold. It’s complete with a classic T-bar at the bottom and a claw and ring clasp at the end, all displaying 9ct stamps and the maker’s initials (W.H.A).

It has a good weight and rosy patina which has developed beautifully over the centuries. It can be worn as a traditional albert or as a stylish statement necklace.
