A marvellous antique Art Nouveau ring from the early 1900s depicting the face of a beautiful Nymph maiden, a nature goddess from Greek folklore. She’s portrayed with earrings and long flowing hair that wraps around three diamond studded flowers.

Art Nouveau was an international art style that developed across Europe between 1890 and 1910. It drew its inspiration from the flowing, organic patterns of nature and used innovative techniques to craft elaborate and colourful works of art as a response to the more mechanised, industrialisation of modern design.

The piece is sculpted in a high-carat yellow gold with beautiful, chased detailing across the front. It’s a unique statement piece and sits flat against the finger with her long hair twirling down toward the knuckle.
