This sweet antique Victorian aquamarine heart pendant is crafted in silver and 18ct yellow gold and claw set with a beautiful heart cut aquamarine in the centre (approx. 6ct), with a tranquil blue-green hue, emulating tropical ocean waters. It’s framed by a leafy wreath of twinkling rose cut diamonds that swing freely from the bottom, culminating in a diamond-studded bow on top.
