An outstanding aquamarine and diamond cocktail ring from the late 20th Century boasting a magnificent oval cut aquamarine in the centre with glistening facets that mimic light flickering on the surface of an icy blue pool. It’s accompanied by a detailed ACS certification that verifies the stone is natural and weighs an impressive 13.92 carats.

The aqua is encircled by an undulating skirt lined with fifty-six tapered baguette cut diamonds that flicker and dance around the border. They’re also detailed in the report and total 2.95ct with excellent VS2 clarity – G colour.

Aquamarine is the birthstone of March. It derives its name from its tranquil, clear blue/ green colouring that emulates the beauty of a tropical ocean or icy glacial waters. It was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and is said to bring happiness, good fortune and eternal youth.

The piece is modelled entirely in platinum with a pierced, open-work under gallery with intricate, scrolling metalwork. It’s truly breath taking to behold and showcases an exceptional collection of gems that are detailed in the accompanying certification and report card.

We recommend you insure for £10,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
