ANTIQUE VICTORIAN STAG BROOCH AMETHYST SILVER CIRCA 1860

A wonderful Antique Victorian Scottish brooch made Circa 1860. The piece depicts a noble-looking stags head fashioned in Silver with beautiful engraved detailing.

The brooch is crowned with a large 6ct Amethyst set between the antlers leading to a display of colourful feathers protruding out from the top, possibly from a Pheasant. 

This is a highly unusual find and beautifully preserved a great collector’s item.
