A stunning antique Art Nouveau pendant from the late Victorian era (Circa 1900) decorated with nine lustrous natural pearls and glistening old mine cut diamonds that total approx. 1.5ct.

Pearls are the birthstone of June and a true treasure of the ocean, produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. Their spherical shape and exceptional lustre have long been associated with the beauty of the moon and are symbolic of purity, serenity, and loyalty.

The piece has a wonderful, open-work design with scrolling, foliate motifs fashioned expertly in sterling silver and backed in 18ct gold. It’s remained in pristine condition and displays a dazzling collection of complementary gems.

We recommend you insure for £4,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
