A grand antique Victorian carved half hoop ring displaying a round blue sapphire in the centre (approx. 0.80ct), with twin old mine cut diamonds at each side (approx. 0.25ct each) and four smaller diamonds twinkling in between. They have excellent SI 1 clarity - H colour and complement the deep blue of the sapphire beautifully.

Blue Sapphire is said to be a stone of truth, wisdom and protection. It has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.

The band is crafted in solid 18ct gold with scrolled engraving down the sides and shoulders, creating a fabulous bed for the stones to rest on. It looks stunning atop the finger and the stones are sure to catch the eye.

We recommend you insure for £4,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
