An exquisite antique French bracelet from the late 18th century claw set with an array of flat rose cut diamonds that have been foil backed to increase their sparkle. 

Each diamond has an irregular, none-spherical shape giving the bracelet a distinctive look and lots of character. They range from 0.60ct to 1ct with a total of approx. 15ct.

Each stone is claw set in a silver mount which is backed in 18ct gold with decorative chased workmanship across the bottom. It’s a rare antique find and complete with a newer 9ct gold box clasp which holds it securely around the wrist.
