Antique Victorian Pearl Diamond Drop Earrings 18ct Gold
A beautiful pair of antique Victorian diamond pearl drop earrings from the late 19th Century, fashioned in 18ct gold. A glittering old mine-cut diamond sits at the top of each, with a line of three rose-cut diamonds leading down to a lustrous natural pearl dropper at the bottom.
Pearls are the birthstone of June and a true treasure of the ocean, produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. Their spherical shape and exceptional lustre have long been associated with the beauty of the moon and are symbolic of purity, serenity, and loyalty.
There are approx. 0.60ct of diamond in total and they’re set in secure claw settings, with hook wires on top. They’d be perfect for a wedding or glamorous evening do and have both remained in excellent condition.
We recommend you insure for £2,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
