The synthetic Ruby is truly stunning with a vibrant red hue that contrasts wonderfully against the glistening white Topaz.
The stones are claw set in a fancy Victorian-inspired open-worked gallery modelled in strong 9ct Yellow Gold with hallmarks on the inside which date the piece to 1971.
